A message from Andrew Small,
Founder and Director of Buskerteers Choir
Hello and thank you for your interest in Buskerteers Choir. I founded the organisation in January 2020 with the goal of combining my love of choirs and community spirit, and a personal mission to fundraise £1m for charity.
We've now got 20 choirs open with over 1000 people involved and we've raised over £100,000 for charity in just three years.
I'm very proud and excited to open up a brand new choir in Bishop's Stortford. Your choir sessions will be led by a close personal friend of mine, who happens to be one of the most talented musicians I know.
I look forward to welcoming you on to this crazy journey where we learn songs in three-part harmony, practice sounding great and then use them to help others by raising money and awareness for charitable causes.
Our latest project raised over £8,000 for Comic Relief, went viral on TikTok and ended up on BBC News. This is what being a Buskerteer is all about! You can watch the video below.
I look forward to you joining us on this exciting and rewarding journey.
