We have lots of unique events to raise money for charity where you can sing on stage, make viral videos, put a wig on, dress in costumes and have fun. No audition needed!

Our Highgate Choir is brand new! We're looking forward to learning a variety of songs, raising money for charity, and forming new friendships and connections.

Learn from professionally trained musicians
Don’t worry if it’s your first time singing. We teach you how to sing with our professional, trained musicians. You’ll improve your singing and have fun every week.
It can be scary to sing in front of people so that’s why we’ll never make you sing on your own. You’ll always sing in groups, with friendly people supporting you.

With increasing loneliness and anxiety, you can find a safe space to find yourself again or escape from the pressures of life. Get support from like-minded people who genuinely care about you.

A message from your Choir Leader
My name is Kira and I’m the Buskerteers Choir Leader for Chiswick, Highgate, Islington, and Finsbury Park.
I’ve been a professional musician for over a decade, performing internationally and helping people of all ages find their voice through music. I hold two master’s degrees — one in Teaching and one in Songwriting, and I’ve taught choirs and solo artists aged 4 to 85 across a wide range of styles and settings.

Alongside teaching and songwriting, I run my own artist project Kyrah, perform with my event band Sweet Escape Collective, and make music as part of the duo Belle and Bass.
​
I'm very excited to welcome you into our choir and to take you on an amazing musical journey. We'll be learning songs and performing on stage together, and trying to raise as much money for charity as we can with our busking and performing

In 2021, our founder and Director of the Buskerteers Choir, Andrew Small, was nominated for a Pride of Britain Award for fundraising.
