"I joined Buskerteers Choir for a confidence boost, to meet new people and to give myself something to do on an evening for 'me' time. Best decision I've made in a very long time."

Learn from professionally trained musicians

Don’t worry if it’s your first time singing. We teach you how to sing with our professional, trained musicians. You’ll improve your singing and have fun every week.

It can be scary to sing in front of people so that’s why we’ll never make you sing on your own. You’ll always sing in groups, with friendly people supporting you.

Find your safe space with us

With increasing loneliness and anxiety, you can find a safe space to find yourself again or escape from the pressures of life. Get support from like-minded people who genuinely care about you.

"I’d recommend everything... sharing our love of music with each other, making new friends and feeling part of something rather special. Raising money is always a great thing to do, too"

A message from your choir leader

DSC_2397.jpg

Hello, I’m Michael, the Buskerteers Choir Leader for Bedford, Milton Keynes, Northampton, and Luton.

With over ten years of experience as a professional musician and actor, I've played the trombone, piano, and guitar and composed music for film. My journey has taken me from the majestic Royal Albert Hall to LA’s vibrant Viper Room and even Hollywood’s iconic Chinese Theater. These diverse experiences have shown me how music is a universal language that unites us all.

I’m thrilled to invite you to join our choir, where we’ll embark on an incredible musical adventure together. We’ll learn songs, perform on stage, and raise funds for charity through our busking and concerts.

"I'm not a great singer, but altogether I must say we sound good!! I would definitely recommend attending, it gives a real sense of achievement and uplifts your mood."
