Membership Terms & Conditions

By joining Buskerteers Choir Ltd (“the Choir”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 

​

1. Membership & Classes 

​

Membership includes: 

• A 10-week term of weekly choir rehearsals 

• Tuition from a professional music leader 

• Learning 3–4 songs in harmony 

​​

Membership is for one term at a time unless you are on a monthly payment plan. 

​​

​

2. Fees & Payment 

​

Termly Payment 

• £120 per member per term 

• Covers 10 weekly sessions 

• Payable in advance of the term start 

​

Monthly Payment Plan 

•  £30 per month 

•  Spreads the annual cost over 12 months 

•  Ongoing until cancelled with notice

​

Because each term lasts approximately 3 months but payments are spread over 4 months,  members on the monthly plan must give one full month’s notice to cancel. This means one  further payment will be taken after notice is given.

3. Missed Sessions & Refunds 

​

•  Fees are not refundable for missed rehearsals. 

• No refunds are given for holidays, illness, or personal absence. 

• The Choir does not guarantee replacement sessions.

4. Cancellation 

​

Termly Members:

You may choose not to rejoin for the next term. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

 

Monthly Members :

You must provide one full calendar month’s notice to cancel. 

Your membership will end after your final paid month.

5. Changes & Cancellations by the Choir 

​

Buskerteers Choir Ltd may: 

• Change rehearsal times, venues, or tutors 

• Cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary 

​

Where possible, we will give advance notice. 

​​

​

6. Behaviour & Conduct 

​

Members are expected to: 

• Be respectful to other members and staff 

• Follow rehearsal instructions 

• Create a supportive, inclusive environment 

​

The Choir reserves the right to remove any member whose behaviour is disruptive or  inappropriate. No refund will be given in such cases.

​

7. Health & Safety

​

Members participate at their own risk. 

You must inform the Choir of any medical conditions that may affect your participation. 

​​

​

8. Photography & Media 

​

• Photos from the membership app are for internal identification only. 

• Photos and videos may be taken at rehearsals and performances for marketing and social  media. 

• You may request not to appear or ask for removal at any time.

9. Data Protection 

​

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

10. Liability 

​

Buskerteers Choir Ltd is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to personal property during  rehearsals or events unless caused by our negligence.

​

11. Complaints 

​

Any concerns should be raised with the Choir Management Team in writing. We aim to resolve  issues fairly and promptly.

12. Changes to These Terms 

 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be  available on our website.
