About The Event
09.15am – members arrive at Abbey Road and when instructed enter Studio 2 to leave belongings, have notices & do a quick warm up. Members should enter via the ramp so please have a register table set up at the bottom and security will then point them in the direction of Studio 2. At least one leader required on register table and at least one leader required in Studio 2. Photo session indoor.
10.00am – Photo session outdoor.
10.15am - Members line up back in studio 2 ready to start entering Studio 1 section by section.
10.30am - Recording – introductions and session.
12.00pm - Members finish in Studio 1 and go back to Studio 2 to collect belongings and make a quick exit.
