Goffs Park Platinum Picnic - Crawley

We only have a 10-minute slot onstage, so it'll be short and sweet set!

We should also have a stall at the event where we can recruit new members for next term! 

INFO:

The event is open to the public from 11.30am – 4.30pm, with the show starting at 12pm.  

Postcode for entrance road – RH11 8PE

There will be a reserved car park for performers, demonstration groups and vendors, this is accessed by the Old Horsham Road.  The entrance will be stewarded throughout the event. The stewards will direct you to your parking space and then to the auditorium area.  Upon arrival, please gather your group and once everyone has arrived, check in with the organiser.

We ask that you arrive at least 35 minutes before your slot time. This gives you a chance to gather your group and check in with out worry.  

Friends and family are most welcome on the day, we invite them to bring a blanket or suitable seating, a picnic, and to enjoy the show and stalls we will have on the day.

Please be prepared for extreme weather.  For the heat, please bring water to stay hydrated, sun cream, sun glasses, a parasol etc.  For light rain, a rain mac or similar and a warm top or similar should you feel it may be needed.  Should we get heavy rain or storms, we will inform you of any cancellation or postponement at the earliest moment possible. There will be a portaloo cabin for performers use should you need it.
