It's very important you read it and understand it all - especially if you've not rehearsed this with me, as we'll be filming it all on the day and we only have four attempts.

We’re going to flashmob the song ‘Jump’ outside the Ironworks on Southend High Street at 1200pm, 1215pm, 1230pm, and 1245pm on Saturday.
